Bancon Homes Update

Bancon Homes will shortly be announcing the opening of new luxury showhome at Milltimber West, Aberdeen. The launch of the Craigievar 5 bedroom showhome, which features our platinum specification, has been much anticipated and will be a welcome addition to our portfolio.

There are eight 5 bedroom luxury contemporary homes in the first phase at Milltimber West with a mix of three housestyles including The Braemar which spans over three floors and commands stunning views across the Dee Valley and The Balmoral, which is the largest of the housestyles offering 243 sq m of luxury living.

All the homes not only provide stunning indoor space, we have extended it to an amazing outdoor space with a bespoke landscape garden package also included in the price.

We have pulled out all the stops for our launch weekend. Visitors to the showhome will be treated to catering by The Marcliffe Hotel. They will also have the opportunity to enter our prize draw and win a luxury break for two in a Junior suite at the 4 star hotel , including dinner in the award winning restaurant.

Also coming soon is the opening of our new show apartment and showhome at Maidencraig Village. This is an exciting new development with a variety of homes, shops and commercial space and has been developed to create a real community, just minutes from the city centre. We have a variety of properties available ranging from 2 bed apartments, 1, 2 and 3 bed semi-detached homes and larger detached villas.

The Showhomes and apartment interiors have been thoughtfully designed by Eileen Kesson from Stirling based company Envision and we would like to encourage everyone to come along and visit them.
