Family Fun On Offer At Bancon Homes' City Development

North-east housebuilder Bancon Homes is to host a family fun day at a new city development this weekend. Kinion Place will open its doors on Saturday (August 3), with the fun getting underway at 12pm. Youngsters will love the face painting and ice cream, with lots of outdoor toys to play on. Adults can enjoy Asian street food while exploring the two show homes and imagining themselves living there.

Surrounded by countryside yet close to the new P&J Live arena and events complex, the new neighbourhood will offer 105 homes, ranging from two-bed semi-detached properties to four-bed detached houses.

The first show home is a Rosehill style four-bed detached villa featuring an open-plan kitchen, dining and family room. On the first floor, the four bedrooms benefit from built-in wardrobes to maximise extra space, with an ensuite in the master bedroom as well as a family bathroom.

The other is an Argyll style home with an integrated garage, separate living room and an open plan kitchen and dining area, which opens on to the rear garden. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, with an additional two spacious bedrooms upstairs.

Leicht kitchens form the heart of the home, with Siemens appliances including dishwashers and fridge-freezers as standard, as well as built-in wardrobes and spacious open plan living and dining areas.
