Housebuyers have already shown considerable interest in our latest development in Inverurie, ahead of its official launch in the spring.

We have  been recently granted planning consent to build 65 new homes to the north-west of the town.

Work at Monument View is due to start in the spring but housebuyers have already started to register their interest in the development.

The site will include a mix of two, three and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached villas, along with three-bedroom bungalows.
