Buying a new home is an exciting milestone, but selling your existing property can sometimes feel like an obstacle in the way of your fresh start. That’s where Part Exchange comes in.
Part Exchange means Bancon Homes buys your current home, so you don’t have to worry about chains, estate agent fees or last-minute fall-throughs. You agree a fair market price, and you’re free to move into your beautiful new home as soon as it’s ready.

How Does Part Exchange Work?
Step 1
Select the Bancon home of your choice. We’ll confirm if it’s eligible for our Part Exchange service.
Step 2
Share full details of your current property and your expected price with your Sales Consultant. Complete a reservation form (marked “Part Exchange service”). A reservation fee will secure your chosen new home.
Step 3
We’ll arrange an inspection of your current home as well as a firm of chartered surveyors. Based on their valuations, we’ll let you know if your home is suitable for Part Exchange, if so an offer will be made. If not, your reservation fee is fully refundable.
Step 4
Once valuations are confirmed and align with expectations, you’ll receive written confirmation that the Part Exchange service will proceed. We’ll issue missives for the purchase of your new home and part exchange of your existing property. Our team and appointed sales agents will then begin marketing your current home.
Step 5
All marketing costs - including the home report, advertising and estate agency fees - are covered by Bancon Homes. Your solicitor can handle the legal work, or we can recommend one.
Step 6
Ready to get started? Complete a reservation form and ask your Sales Consultant to initiate the Part Exchange service. If no properties are currently available for Part Exchange, simply let us know your preferred Bancon home and we’ll contact you if it becomes eligible.
