The lights are shining, the sound of children’s laughter fills the air and everyone is singing, as Mariah Carey sings each year – and who doesn’t love Christmas songs?
Here at Bancon Homes we will be bringing some early festive cheer to our developments in Aberdeen, with the help of some talented local school children.
We’re hosting a series of seasonal nights with Christmas songs and traditional carols, accompanied by warming mince pies and hot chocolate, and everyone is welcome to join in the festive fun from 6-7pm.
Our Kinion Place development near Bucksburn will welcome the Brimmond Primary School choir on Thursday, December 12, while children from Fernielea Primary School choir will entertain visitors to The Roses at Eden, off the Lang Stracht, on Monday, December 16.
Jo Skinner, sales and marketing director at Bancon Homes, says: “We are looking forward to welcoming the choirs from our local schools to our new developments for an evening of festive food, drink and Christmas songs.
“As well as involving the local schools and the wider community with the developments, this is a great way for members of the public to find out more about the sites and the work we are doing to create new communities for families, first time buyers or downsizers. We hope to welcome lots of visitors to each of the festive nights and we’d love to see you there!”
Kinion Place offers a choice of two, three and four-bedroom semi-detached and detached houses, all in landscaped surroundings. The new neighbourhood is located just off the A96, less than six miles from Aberdeen city centre and with the benefit of local facilities and easy access to the country, beach and city.
The Roses at Eden is situated just off the A944 Aberdeen to Kingswells road, combining the convenience of city living with the beauty of the countryside. Phase one of the elevated development features 40 homes, from two-bed terraced properties to four-bed detached villas.
Or opt for Lochside of Leys in Banchory, which sits in a peaceful woodland setting adjacent to a nature conservation site minutes from the town centre. The 56 detached homes make up the new Deeside Collection, a range of three, four and five-bedroom houses.
