Your new home has been inspected by the NHBC throughout its construction to ensure it meets their guidelines. To give you extra comfort, your home comes with a 10 year warranty from the NHBC so that in the very unlikely event of any structural issue, you know you’re covered. Bancon Homes also provides a two year warranty for your peace of mind.
